A fine quality Walnut and bevelled plate glass cased bracket/mantel clock, the Paris made two-train movement striking the hours and half-hours on a gong, the gilded finished face having Arabic numerals and with a regulator spindle above the twelve o'clock position. The brass plate movement numbered 184548 and with impressed mark "Medaille D'Argent 'L. Marti et Cie', 1888" and having a steel-shafted mercury-filled glass compensating pendulum and screw- action levelling feet. 32 cms high, 19.5 cms wide and 12 cms deep.
