A Louis XV style ormolu and champleve enamel mantel clock by Dufaud of Paris, late 19th century, the 8-day movement chiming on a coil gong (pendulum missing). The cresting as Cupid grasping an arrow above a body of colourful enamel panels the convex dial with raised shield tablet indices. Supported by cast scroll legs and a classical mask apron. 13 cm wide x 10 cm deep x 30 cm high.Note: Dufaud is recorded as working at Rue de Saintonge in 1870 (Tardy, Dictionnaire des Horlogers Français, Paris, p. 197). Pendulum and key missing, good overall condition with wear to decoration throughout commensurate with age, accuracy and reliability are not guaranteed

The images depict Mount Calvary, Red Roses, arrow through heart and the US Shield and Eagle. Under the shield reads ' forget me not JTS'. H 45cm, W 8.5cm.

A WWI TERRASSE WATCH COMPANY MILITARY COMPASS, a collection of military documents and a soldier small book, the compass is in a white metal case and on the front is the military broad arrow and Terrasse W.C. VI and 91665 1918, some of the letters are dated 1933 and are connected to a West Ridings Regiment soldier from the Boer war called William Tungate who had the service number 1641, some letters have faded and there is another book that is folded up and suffered some damage, the compass appears to still be in working order, this is a nice archive of paperwork would be ideal for more research, Customers must satisfy themselves prior to sale in regards to conditions and authenticity, viewing is advised, condition reports are available on request

A WWI ERA USA MACHETTE AND A KUKRI STYLE KNIFE, the machete is date 1940 and was produced by the Legitimus Collins company and has the serial number 125 although we believe there is a zero missing and should read 1250, the last digit of the year is rubbed but again we believe this to be 1940, it comes in its scabbard that is dated S.L 1942 and also has a broad arrow with 82 under it, the Kukri has no markings on the blade but has a faux Ivory handle and comes in a black leather scabbard, Customers must satisfy themselves prior to sale in regards to conditions and authenticity, viewing is advised, condition reports are available on request
