OMEGA DIRTY DOZEN. A gentleman's stainless steel, British Military Omega 'Dirty Dozen' wristwatch, the dial with broad arrow mark beneath the naming. Case diameter approx. 35mm. The movement No. 10302306. The back of the case with Issue markings W.W.W. above the broad arrow, also No. Y11478 & 10675677. The case also stamped with the name of Richard Truscott, the original owner who was a Cornish Flight Officer. * Propeller. A WWI laminated mahogany two blade propeller from a De Havilland 2 by The Integral Propeller Co Limited, with decal on each blade, with various impressed stamps including war department arrow within S S, serial no. 18351, 'A.I.D. 125', stencilled in black 'A.M.C. 10932', the boss stamped 'I.R.C.', 'D2.50', 'P 2.40', 'HP 100 Mono', 'D.G. .0?'., 'B 1.366', 250cm long, a fine propeller which at some time has been cut in half, however it has been professionally repaired with a substantial brass plate on the boss, sold with a custom made wall bracket for display plus a history of the aircraft, framed and glazed (Qty: 1)There were 450 De Havilland 2 which served with the British Expeditionary Forces over the Western Front during WWI. The propeller was used to 'push' the aircraft rather than pull it, and this was one of the last examples of push propellers. The engine had to be hand 'cranked' to start and many inexperienced ground crews lost their lives starting the engine in this fashion due to the endorsed space in which they operated with the tail boom surrounding them.
* RAF Mess Tableware. A collection of WWII and later silver plated tableware, comprising an oval bowl c.1930s engraved with a crowned RAF laurel wreath, base stamped 'Walker & Hall Sheffield' '55', 30cm long, a large pedestal fruit bowl, the base stamped 'Gladwin Ltd 1956 KF.18083' with war department arrow, 18cm high x 26.5cm diameter, 4 plain trumpet spill vases, including a pair stamped 'W.B & S. Ltd', 'K.F.18089' dated 1965 with war department arrow, each weighted and additional inscribed 'SM' 20cm high (Qty: 6)Reputedly from a North Wiltshire Royal Air Force base

A WWII Irvin brown leather flying jacket, with original tailors label for 'Contract 10422' size 4, 38" chest, with war department arrow and chain, Dot zips to chest and cuffs (operable), fleece lined, four panel back with traces of no. 2 in yellow paint, some cracking and wear commensurate with age and service, rare jacket (Qty: 1)

A WWI period Royal Flying Corps sketchboard and rangefinder, the pine sketchboard stamped 'Aston & Mander Ltd London 1912' with war department arrow and additional stamped with number '4478' and 'IV', one side with fitted brass compass and brass clamp rollers the other with fitted brass crescent shaped graduated indicator and aperture for belt mounting, 24.5c x 19cm (Qty: 1)Used by Observers in the Royal Flying Corps to sketch enemy trenches and positions

A WWII Jaeger Le Coutre military wristwatch, the 28mm circular black dial with lume hands and Arabic numerals, stainless steel case the backplate stamped with serial number '162737' and engraved with war department arrow plus '6B/159 A 26249', on a contemporary brown leather strap, appears to be in running order (Qty: 1)
