A Victorian tortoiseshell ear trumpet, 19th century, retailed by John Bell & Croyden Limited, in fitted case with two metal ear pieces, 9.5cm wide, with a Medresco Bakelite ear trumpet with braided cord, the trumpet marked 'FWA 4 -> 49 OL.380.A May 1950', the broad arrow indicating military issue, 100cm long (at fault), and a Bakelite ear trumpet marked '11270', 9cm wide (3) CONDITION REPORT:The two metal ear pieces came in the box with the tortoise shell ear trumpet, but they do not appear to fit directly to the trumpet. It is possible they are not related to the trumpet. The ear pieces appear to have the remnants of a coating of some kind to the interior, and are slightly misshapen.
