CHURCHILL WINSTON S.: (1874-1965) British Prime Minister 1940-45, 1951-55. Nobel Prize winner for Literature, 1953. Autograph Minute Signed, with his initials WSC, in bold red fountain pen ink, one page, folio, n.p., 15th July 1919. The official minute sheet bears several typed and manuscript notes signed by various individuals, all relating to troops taking part in a procession, in part, 'We have, owing to the short time at our disposal, confined the troops taking part in the Procession to those who have served overseas and who are still serving....I really think it would be unwise to make an exception....' Churchill has drawn a red circle around the latter five words and connected them with an arrow to his own note which states, in full, 'I agree. Mr. Bonar Law has asked whether a few Canadians cannot be included if they want to march. Please report'. With some extensive age wear and tears to the right edge and with some areas of paper loss to the upper and lower edges, affecting some of the text, although not affecting Churchill's minute or initials, about G Andrew Bonar-Law (1858-1923) British Prime Minister 1922-23 who served as Lord Privy Seal from 1919-21. Churchill served as Secretary of State for War 1919-21.

WW2 British Military Issue “Dirty Dozen” Manual Wind Wristwatch by Record, black dial with broad arrow stamp, second hands dial to the lower section. Stainless steel casing with broad arrow stamp to the reverse and W.W.W L26982 544829. Circular hole to the Perspex front and scratches. Item appears to be working however we would advise all interested parties to view the item in person. Item sold as a collectors item only and not as a working instrument.
WW2 Japanese Arisaka Bayonet, complete with the original scabbard and leather belt frog. Blade has arsenal mark and letter M with arrow through. Accompanied by an unusual Arisaka made under contract in China, this bayonet is also complete with the original scabbard and has poor quality frog. First blade and fittings show heavy wear and the second the blade is rusted and pitted. Both wood handles remain in good overall conditions. (2 items)
WW2 British 2nd Pattern B2 Fairbairn Sykes (F.S) Fighting Knife, with blackened brass grip, oval cross guard stamped with B2 and broad arrow stamp (broad arrow feint), excellent condition double edged blued blade. Housed in the original leather scabbard with the four tabs and top tab, elasticated holding strap has been cut. Generally a very nice example.

Accompanied by a WW2 British army clasp knife with black chequered Bakelite grips. Single edged blade, can opener with broad arrow stamp and 1944 date. Both items in good condition. (2 items)
Royal Engineers Regimentally Marked British 1903 Pattern Bayonet, interesting example with the top pommel stamped “90 RE 190” and the other side various regimental stamps with striked through line. Bayonet is complete with its original leather scabbard with steel mounts. Blade with acceptance stamps and crowned 1903, other side marked with broad arrow and Chapman Sheffield makers mark. Blade length 30 ½ cm. Good untouched example.
