Original vintage propaganda poster issued by OSPAAAL - February 6 Down with Chacal de Zacapa / Down with Jackal of Zacapa - to commemorate solidarity with the people of Guatemala. The poster features a black and white illustration of a bleeding jackal being hit by a red arrow formed out of the word Guatemala, against purple background, presumably pointing at the Carlos Arana Osorio (1918-2003) presidential rule years (1970-1974). Osaroi's government impoed a repressive regime, a State of Siege, while enforcing increased repressions in the form of torture, disappearances and killings of political and military adversaries. Text in red and white in Spanish, English, French, and Arabic, OSPAAAL logo in the bottom right corner. OSPAAAL - Organization of Solidarity of the People of Asia, Africa & Latin America is a Cuban political movement that was founded in Havana in 1966. Excellent condition.
