In its black leather field service scabbard dated 1915, 1917 & 1935. Frog tab absent. A good quality sword in fine condition.
Sword: A Caucasian (?) hunting sword 18th/19th century sharply curved blade approx 22". Heavy relief of men hunting with dogs & bow & arrow (could be Indian scene with large cat/lion?) With original key, 55cm long The Golden Arrow was built for Sir Henry Segrave (1896-1930). Segrave broke the land speed record at Daytona Beach on 11 March 1929 with a speed of 231.45 mph. Rare toy.
