The basket having gadrooned border with hinged handle, engraved with a pierced stag motif, approx 35 x 32 cms together with a similar pattern hot water serving tray and cover (some soldering evident to the handles. Pair of British Railways cabside alloy DOUBLE ARROW EMBLEMS ex Class 310 electric multiple units, marked as being ex 310092 and 310095, cars 71076 and 76229. They measure 19" x 12" (48cm x 31cm) at maximum and are in as-removed condition with plenty of original blue overpaint at the edges. [2]

London Underground BULLSEYE SIGN 'ACTON WORKS' with double-feathered arrow bisecting the bar. Made of perspex and designed to be back-lit. Estimated to be from the 1950s and may perhaps have been sited at Acton Town station. Measures 41" x 30.5" (104cm x 77cm) and in very good ex-use condition with just some small scratches and nicks. 1930s/40s London Underground ENAMEL SIGN 'Way Out' with the pre-WW2 3-feathered arrow and brown edging. Measures 52.5" x 10.5" (133cm x 27cm) and is in excellent, ex-use condition with very minor blemishes only. A superb example which probably owes its condition to a working life under cover. [1]

London Transport enamel BUS & RED ARROW STOP FLAG. These were used from the late 1960s until the early 1970s after which the Red Arrow services used standard bus stops. An E3-size, double-sided, hollow, 'boat'-style flag measuring 18" x 21" (46cm x 53cm) with space for 3 e-plates on each side, the runners were removed by LT before disposal. In very good condition with only very small blemishes. [1]

The mark 'IF' crossed by a fletched arrow is indicative of this foundry, rather than the particular founder, but is likely this skillet was made by John Fathers I (d.1688) or John Fathers II (d.1749). The set was made over a period of at least 42 years.
