A Rolex Oyster Perpetual GMT Master stainless steel chronometer wristwatch, circa 1958, ref. 6542, serial no. 397XXX, the circular black dial with luminous baton and dot markers with outer seconds track, date window to three 'o' clock, centre sweep seconds and red 24hr indicator arrow hand, with blue and red 'Pepsi' bezel, 40mm diameter, set to a stainless steel oyster expanding bracelet with folding snap clasp Please Note: This watch does not come with any accompanying box or paperwork.The bezel is a later replacement, and watch face, glass and hands are also possibly later replacements.This watch ticks when wound. Clasp and bracelet stamped '580' and '78360'. Hour and minute hand complete a full 12-hour rotation with the date aperture changing accordingly. Glass, bezel and case are heavily scratched. Bracelet shows moderate amount of pulling, some light denting and heavy scratching. Strap is loose at five 'o' clock lug, due to the pin not being fully extended into the lug.
