Late Victorian ruby five stone ring with five graduated oval mixed cut rubies with diamond accents to the claw in 18ct gold setting, Ring M½.Good condition commensurate with age. The rubies are very lively bright stones. They have not been tested for origin (natural or otherwise) and have not been tested for any enhancement. Minor scratches and abrasions to the facets of the rubies commensurate with age. The central ruby measures approximately 5.2 x 5 x 3mm, then two rubies at approximately 4.9 x 3.9 x 2mm and two further rubies at approximately 4.5 x 3.7 x 2mm. One small diamond accent missing from one of the claws. Setting and shank in good condition. Not hallmarked but presumed to be 18ct gold. Weighs approximately 4.84 grams

Art Deco emerald and diamond ring with three rectangular step cut emeralds surrounded by a border of old cut diamonds in platinum setting on 18ct yellow gold shank, ring size MWeight 2.6 grams. Very good condition commensurate with age. Platinum setting, 18ct gold shank (not hallmarked but tests as 18ct). Tiny gap between the setting and one shoulder, possibly needs a repair but seems secure. Slight scratches to the emeralds commensurate with age.

Ring size M½. Accompanied by a receipt of purchase dated 3rd May 2019 for £3750 Very good condition, the ring appears not to have been worn and is in excellent condition. Lively bright stones and the diamonds are very lively clean bright white stones.

JAMES ABBOTT MCNEILL WHISTLER R.B.A. (AMERICAN 1834-1903) SEYMOUR (KENNEDY 31; GLASGOW 30) - 1858/59 Etching, from the second state (of three) before the redrawing of the legs, signed and titled in plate plate size 13cm x 9.5cm (5in x 3.75in) This etching is believed to have been executed in autumn 1858 or spring 1859 when Whistler was staying in London at the Sloane Street home of Francis Seymour Haden Jr. (1850-1918).
