George II Walnut Kneehole Desk of Small Proportions George II figured walnut feather-banded ladies kneehole desk of small proportions, quarter veneered rectangular top with a moulded edge over a single frieze drawer, central recessed cupboard door flanked by two banks of three drawers to each side, all with brass ring handles, standing on bracket feet69.5cm wide, 43cm deep, 81cm highThe desk is in good original condition. The handles have split-pin fixings but are likely later replacements. Feather banding and cock beading in good order with no losses. Quarter veneered top with some knocks and scratches commensurate with age. Comes with key for cupboard door. Three plank back.
