Healy, first Governor-General of the Irish Free State, which reads ‘? that ? exists over contracts, but when they get rid of one set of ?, it is merely to install another set. So it is in every country’ with Healy’s signature at the bottom. The other a receipt for fabric between a Jeremiah Sullivan and a Nicholas Daly, dated Cork 19th August 1815
