CANADA - 1870-88 perf 12, 1c bright yellow on stout wove paper (SG 75) and 2c grass-green on thinner poor quality paper (SG 78), each in a block of 4, former u/r stamp fault at top, however well centred and fresh part o.g, with lower pair u/m, latter centred a little to right and light creasing, fresh large part o.g., cat £400+ (SG 75,78)
CANADA - 1897 Jubilee ¼c black, 1c orange, 2c deep green, 3c carmine, 5c slate-blue, 5c deep blue, 6c brown and 8c slate-violet (SG 121/22, 125/30) in blocks of 4, 3c and 6c blocks off centre and latter a few bends, lower pair in each block generally u/m (6c slight gum disturbance), remainder large part to fine o.g., cat £1600+ (SG 121/30)
CANADA - 1897 Jubilee short set of 11 to 10c purple, incl listed shades of 1c, 2c and 5c (SG 121/31) in blocks of 4, ¼c and one 2c block marginal, 6c block l/l corner marginal, centring a little variable but generally above average, fresh large part to fine o.g. with some stamps in most blocks u/m, cat £2000+ (SG 121/31)
CANADA - 1897 Jubilee 15c slate (SG 132), block of 24 (4x6) with full margins at top and sides and plate number " OTTAWA - No-18", most with blotting paper adhereing to gum (five have full o.g.) but fine facial appearance and a rare multiple, unused (effectively) without gum to u/m, cat £3360" (SG 132)
CANADA - 1897-98 set of 10 to 10c brownish purple, incl both shades of ¼c and unlisted `aniline` shade of 2c, all in blocks of 4, 10c upper marginal with large part plate number (this has upper pair showing pre-printing paper crease), centring generally above average and fresh, most blocks incl one or two stamps that are u/m, otherwise large part o.g., very scarce (SG 141/49)
CANADA - 1922-31 $1 brown-orange, imperf block of 4 (SG 255 var, Unitrade 122a), horiz crease touches lower frame lines of upper pair and light vert crease affects l/hand vert pair, however with large margins and lower pair u/m (upper pair some hinge remainders), only one sheet of 100 was released, of these it is estimated that 10% to 15% were creased due to careless handling, a rare block despite imperfections, cat £6000 (SG 255 var)
