UK One-Sheet Printer's Proof poster for "A View To A Kill" (1985). We do not believe this concept was ever put into production. A UK One-Sheet for the film was printed, this being the Vic Fair/Brian Bysouth "white tuxedo" poster but this was then withdrawn. It is likely that the proof here (which is based on the US One-Sheet Advance) was prepared as an alternative but for whatever reason was not printed. The reference to EMI Records as opposed to Capitol at the bottom indicates this to have been a UK rather than US proof. A rare and highly unusual poster.27 3/4" x 40" (70.5 x 101.7 cm)Condition: GoodUnrestored with general creasing and an old 1" tape repair to tear bottom edge.Artist: Daniel Goozee£200 - 300VAT Status: M

Lot 163

Martini & Rossi Promo poster for "Licence to Kill" (1989). One of the most famous of all James Bond catchphrases "Shaken, not stirred" refers to Bond's tipple of choice, a Martini cocktail, and this poster is designed to exploit the marketing potential for Martini & Rossi. We have never seen this poster before.19" x 26 1/2" (48.3 x 67.3 cm)Condition: ExcellentUnrestored, unfolded and in superb condition.Artist: Unknown Artist£300 - 500VAT Status: M
