A. , F. R. I. C. was a member of the Council, Assistant Secretary and, later, Registrar of the Institute. The Institute had this volume produced for him as a leaving gift. This volume contains the signatures of many members of the Institute that held Ronald Collett in great esteem. The book contains 63 pages of signatures, approximately 1,000 signatures of members.
