AN EARLY 18TH CENTURY GERMAN WALNUT CUPBOARD possibly Bodensee, the cornice centred by figures and cherub heads, carved on a ribbon with a motto ICHIAS DICHNICHNICHTEVSE GENSMICH, enclosed by a pair of architectural geometrically coffered and panelled doors, flanked by foliate fronted pillasters beneath Corinthian capitals, a breakfront long drawer beneath, the foliate carving all inhabited by figures and cherubs, 100 1/2in.
