A Striking Table Clock, signed Cooke & Kelvey, London and Calcutta, circa 1850, architectural pediment, stained mahogany coloured case with side bevel glass panels, carved front mounts, 8-inch painted dial with Roman numerals, twin fusee movement with an anchor escapement and striking on a bell, 47cm high 09.12.19 Case surfaces appears to have been re-stained, small dents and scratches in parts, later back door, other later replaced mouldings, dial with minor chips around the winding holes, dial numerals are faded, dial has been re-painted to a high standard, movement is complete, movement in going order and striking, with pendulum.

A collection of 19th Century letters and envelopes to include pre stamps and penny reds all addressed to a Mr Samuel Prout. Samuel Prout was a British watercolourist, and one of the masters of watercolour architectural painting. Prout secured the position of Painter in Water-Colours in Ordinary to King George IV in 1829 and afterwards to Queen Victoria, included is a letter from Henry Aston Baxter.
