Williams (William), Collegium Divi Joannis Baptistae, [1733], uncoloured aerial prospect of St Johns College, engraved by Toms, very slight creasing, 450 x 570 mmQty: (1)NOTESWilliam Williams was an architectural draughtsman and this formal training is reflected in the composition of many of the engravings in his 'Oxonia Depicta'. The prints are very similar to those in David Loggan's 'Oxonia Illustrata' which was published over 50 years earlier.
