Pilot, Brian Trubshaw signed Day Of The Concorde presentation piece featuring a commemerati8ve coin with information and pictures regarding the first supersonic commercial flight plus pieces of a signed flown cover including post marks dating 21st Jan 1976, London and Bahrain. Trubshaw, CBE, MVO (29 January 1924 - 24 March 2001) was a leading test pilot, and the first British pilot to fly Concorde, in April 1969. The presentation piece is in a protective case which has a movable stand for display. Good condition. All autographs come with a Certificate of Authenticity. ROD KELLY: a unique 18 carat gold beakerLondon 2006Hand raised and chased in low relief, circular with curved sides, the linear design features a 'Green Man' mask to the front framed with oak leaves, all below a polished rim, height 7.8cm, diameter at top 7.7cm, weight 293.8gms.Footnotes:Although he had made several pieces in gold, this was Rod Kelly's first commissioned beaker to be made in 18 carat gold.Rod Kelly, a highly regarded master silversmith and goldsmith, is one of the country's leading chasers. In 1975 he went on a foundation course in art at Lancashire Polytechnic. Three chain bracelets; the first consists of faceted belcher links in 9ct rose gold, connected by a heart-shaped padlock, an 1838 1½ pence coin charm attached to the safety chain, hallmarked '9ct', measuring 13.0 cm long; the second contains hollow flat curb links to a lobster clasp, yellow metal marked '750', measures 21.0 cm long; together with a gilt metal chain with Illuminati details, marked 'Gold Shell', no clasp, measures 15.5 cm long. A 9ct gold signet ring, an enamel brooch, a pendant and a coin; A signet ring consists of an oval onyx panel inlay with a coat of arms 'tout pour l'église' (everything for the church) intaglio, to a tapered D-section ring, Sheffield hallmarked '375', ring size D½; The enamel bow brooch, composed of red enamelled on yellow metal, in a motif of ribbon tied in a bow, adorned with floral details on the ribbon, fitted with a tube hinged pin stem and C-catch, as well as a hanging hook at the bottom, measures 2.6 cm across; A pendant of an Egyptian 4 para coin reproduction, with Tughra on the observe, struck 'year 4 1277AH' on the reverse, no milled on edge, to a jump ring bail; Old coin with laureate on the obverse and greek alphabets on the reverse.
