AN EARLY 20TH CENTURY SWEDISH SILVER MINIATURE TANKARD, the hinged lid inset with a coin, engraved with stylised foliage and with further coin decoration to the sides, on three ball feet, by Mollenborg, 1904, 6.5cm high, 2oz. Condition report: good overall, minor push from one foot visible to the interior.
A LATE VICTORIAN SILVER CHRISTENING CAN, with reeded body, by Walter & John Barnard, London 1880, 7.2cm high; and a collection of other silver comprising a set of six American grapefruit spoons, an American enamel decorated tea strainer for Tiffany & Co., (af), a 19th Century French silver gilt christening knife, fork and spoon, a pair of wishbone sugar tongs, London 1906, two napkin rings, and an 18th Century coin inset toddy ladle, with whalebone twist handle, 15oz weighable (qty) Condition report: christening can is in good condition with minor knocks and scratches. Enamel tea strainer is in poor condition with much damage/loss to the enamel. Toddy ladle handle has several small dents and knocks.
A 19TH CENTURY FRENCH SILVER GILT SEWING SET, comprising scissors, owl and needle case (lacking thimble), in fitted burr walnut oval case, 12.5cm wide, two silver filigree mounted small scent bottles, a silver cheroot case, a needle case, a mesh coin purse, and two gilt magnifying glasses (qty) Condition report: sewing set: needle case dented, thimble missing, and case has some wear and knocks/scratches. Other items ok overall.

Ltd, Sheffield 1906, a pair of pierce-decorated sweetmeat baskets, Birmingham 1907, a pair of circular salts, London 1901, cased, another salt, a baluster pepper, a mustard, a napkin ring, and a coin inset pendant on chain, 11.5oz overall, and a silver mounted pottery jug (qty)
Cartier, a cast silver 'samorodok'' rectangular table box by Jacques Cartier, London 1952, engraved Cartier London, with splashes of gold, the thumbpiece in the form of a claw-mounted cast of a Charles I crown, 14cm (5 1/2in) long, 294g (9.45Condition Report: Overall good condition with some wear commensurate with age and use. Lid closes well with no gaps or play. Hinges are good. Hallmarks are well struck and very readable. There is quite a lot of dirt around the inside cover lip. As the box is rough cast there are polishing areas on the base to make it stable, with some slight rubbing from use on the base. No major scuffs or scratches, no dents or bruises. There is one gold claw missing at the 12 o'clock position on the cast coin thumb piece, but is not really noticeable.Condition Report Disclaimer
