Comprising: his WWII Pattern Airborne Troops / Paratrooper uniform steel combat helmet. Green painted shell, the inner impressed for 1955. Original rubber liner present, and elasticated canvas chin strap. Complete example, generally in good original condition. Along with his Manual of Drill & Ceremony, and various letters home to his parents after joining up in 1950 - some charming contents including the price of meals, and a generally comprehensive view of life in the RAF at the time. An interesting collection.
