Swiss Chronograph oversize manual wind wrist watch with center seconds dial. Ticks and both function buttons seem to work. However, both the (probably) 9ct rose gold bezel with glass and the stainless back appear to be from a different watch, and have been seemingly added to protect the movement and the dial (they don't actually fit correctly). So sold as a movement only. The movement case is not gold. Measures 40mm wide including button.
