A LARGE CHINESE MARBLE SET MOTHER OF PEAR INLAID HARDWOOD TABLE SCREEN, LATE QING DYNASTY. The marble painted depicting the Eight Immortals above clouds with pagoda and mountain peak. The marble plaque framed in hardwood inlaid with mother of pearl figures and floral sprays on lion dog feet. Total size 79cm tall x 60cm wide x 22cm deep at the feet.Provenance: Property of Terence E B Harnden who served as Senior Naval Stores Officer in Hong Kong between 1937 - 1940. Acquired in Hong Kong before returning to England, thence by descent. Good overall condition with no obvious signs of damage or repair. No signs of loss to mother of pearl. Surface wear to stone to note.

Of square section, inlaid with mother-of-pearl and shell with pavilions amongst trees, the interior in red lacquer, 24.5cm x 23.5cm Some losses to mother of pearl and shell inlay, chip to black lacquer at border, some chipping to corners, some flaking to black lacquer at underside of each tier.
A CHOW TAI FOOK SAPPHIRE AND DIAMOND DRESS RING, WITH LAB REPORT. A round faceted mixed cut sapphire set in 18K white gold mount set with diamonds. The sapphire tested by The Gem & Pearl Laboratory as a natural sapphire with no evidence of heat treatment. Sapphire 8.4mm x 4.4mm. Ring weight 2.64 grams. Ring size J. Lab report dated 12 September 2023. Stamped to ring CTF for Chow Tai Fook, Hong Kong, 18K. Good condition.
A COLLECTION OF LATE 19TH/EARLY 20TH CENTURY CHINESE EMBROIDERED SILK PANELS AND FRAGMENTS. Comprising: a rectangular black ground panel embroidered with scrolling orange dragon chasing a flaming pearl, within red border, a circular orange ground panel embroidered with a peony, two rectangular panels in sizes, on with phoenix and lotus on a pale blue ground, another smaller, with figures carrying vases before trees and part of a red silk fragment embroidered in blue and gold thread with bats and gourds, the large black ground panel, 76.5cm x 200.5cm The large black ground panel with orange dragon - tearing to red border, minor tearing to black ground, small dirt deposit to the dragon, dragon in good order overall. Circular panel with loose silk backing and some tearing, some loose threads and wear. The smaller rectangular panel with figures with some extensive damages and tearing to black border, the red colour has run. The rectangular panel with the lotus and phoenix with fading to some threads, minor staining, some loose threads. The red fragment with some tearing.

The bowl probably Sanuki province, lacquered in silver and gold and inset with mother-of-pearl with leafy branches, 33.5cm diam., the circular wooden plaque decorated with a helmet to one side and a pair of figures to the other, inlaid in lacquer and gilding, suspended for hanging 39cm diam. (2) The bowl with small losses to the mother-of-pearl inlay, very minor wear to lacquer and bowl.The plaque with minor wear to rim and rubbing to gilding.

With shaped top rail inlaid with floral mother-of-pearl decoration above a pierced back and circular panel inset with Dali marble. The seat-rail with pierced square section on a wide rectangular seat with legs joined by stretchers and terminating in stylised scroll feet. 99cm tall x 62cm seat width x 48cm deep. Weight 21KG. A CITRINE VINE PENDANTProbably made by DORRIE NOSSITER. With a grape and vine theme, the yellow metal vine leaves and tendrils have pearl grapes and citrines set in white metal among them, with a large facetted drop shaped citrine, on a fine silver and yellow metal chain strung with pearls and citrine beads. Length of the pendant to the top citrine bead 7cm, length of the chain 73cm, weight 20gmsCondition Report:This pendant has elements that were only used by Dorrie Nossiter. These are how she made the vine leaves, I would expect she made her own stamp to make these, as no one has used them before or since, and just they way both this pendant and the earrings are constructed, they are typically her work, the granulation and the gem stones used. All jewellers have a style and Dorrie Nossiter's is very distinctive.

TWO STRINGS OF PEARLS a string of Mikimoto pearls with coral and 9ct gold bead details, the tongue of the 9ct decorative clasp is stamped with the Mikimoto logo. Each pearl approx 5mm, 36cm long. Together with an opera length of pearls, each one approx 6.1mm to 6.4mm overall length approx 90cm, weight together 60.7gms Condition Report:Mikimoto;- the gold beads are hallmarked, the Mikimoto logo is on the back of the tongue of the clasp, nice quality pearls with a good lustre, the stringing looks ok, its nice and clean on both strands.
