An 18th century 16 bore Albanian miquelet flintlock gun, 67” overall, barrel 53” with engraved muzzle and octagonal breech with rearsight and traces of inscription; plain lock having jaw screw with revolving finial; entire fullstock covered with sheet metal, fore end of steel pierced with a double row of holes which originally contained inlaid discs of horn and brass, slender butt of steel with engraved brass plates inlaid with oblong mother of pearl plaques and brass and horn discs (some missing); saddle ring on the left side.
