They are hallmared with sponsor's mark 'D&F', Birmingham, 1997. The approximate qualities of the diamonds are; colour I/J/K, clarity VS2/SI1/SI2. The studs measure 9.68mm diameter. The cufflinks measure 13.86mm diameter. Gross weight 22.4 grams. CR made 22.07.22.

It is stamped '18CT' and in our opinion would test as gold. The approximate qualities of the diamonds are; colour I/J/K, clarity SI2/I1/I2. Gross weight 4.7 grams. CR made 01.07.22.

MAPPIN & WEBB; an Edwardian oak cased silver bladed and mother of pearl handled set of twelve fruit knives and forks, Sheffield 1908, length of knives 19cm.Provenance: The contents of a Cheshire Country House.Additional InformationThe set appears never to have been used. The blades have tarnishing through age, but show no signs at all of wear. The hallmarks are clear, mother of pearl remains intact on all. It even has the key to the case in a small paper envelope labelled as such. The box itself has minimal surface wear, with a slight area of rubbing to the back edge.
