An 18th century French fan, painted with a scene of a marriage celebration to one side, the other with an Oriental scene depicting a pagoda and figures in a boat, black and gilt highlighted mother of pearl sticks with pierced decoration, gilt metal and blue thread tassle, 55cm at widest point
An 18ct gold band ring, chain with clasp stamped '18KT', a 9ct gold locket, a pair of 9ct gold pearl set earrings and another pair of pearl set earrings stamped '375' Band ring - Finger size N, 2.9g gross. Chain - 1.4g gross. Locket - 2.6g gross. 9ct pearl set earrings - 2.6g gross. Other earrings - 2.1g gross.
dating: 19th Century provenance: Giava, Undulated, double-edged blade, made of pamor; pierced at the base, featuring a gilt 'pearl', small missing parts; wooden grip, slightly sculpted with floral motifs; brass mendak; wooden warangka featuring gandar with leather covering and smooth, brass-inlaid pendok. length 41.8 cm.
dating: late 19th Century provenance: Vietnam, Ebony cross, finely decorated with mother-of-pearl inlays (small missing parts) at the front. Depicting a pattern of vines and Christian symbols such as spikes, crown of thorns, cartouche with the writing 'INRI' (one missing part); decorated with mother-of-pearl flora motifs at the sides. height 58,5 cm.
dating: first quarter of the 20th Century provenance: Japan, Of rectangular shape with round angles, lacquered in black and decorated in gold with storks, clouds and floral motifs. Another four boxes inside, decorated with vegetable motifs, containing mother-of-pearl tokens of various shapes, cards and four dices. dimensions 26 x 9 x 19.5 cm.
dating: Mid 19th Century provenance: Turkey, Octagonal, smooth, 15 mm cal. barrel, with traces of inscription at the base, equipped with fore-sight and rear-sight. Small, miquelet lock partially plated with white metal foils, engraved with spirals and dashes. Beautiful, wooden, full stock, richly decorated along the sides with mother-of-pearl marquetry (small parts missing) or semicircles and rhombus. Bottom part adorned with brass disks decorated with stars, en suite butt's end. Front part of the stock covered with silver-plated metal. Brass barrel bracket. Iron ramrod. length 141,5 cm.
dating: 19th Century provenance: Afghanistan, Round, smooth, 13 mm cal. barrel, ribbed in the centerline at the base and with floral carvings, for almost all the length bearing back raisers and decoration to imitate the damask; slightly bell-mouthed nozzle with floral carvings. Cusp-shaped sight at the base, smooth tang. Iron flintlock with rampant lion engraved on the lock plate. Wooden, long stock with typical butt, strongly curved and decorated with mother-of-pearl inlays. Trigger without trigger guard. Brass barrel bracket, iron ramrod. length 140 cm.
dating: 1875-1890 provenance: USA, Round, rifled, cal. 38 S&W barrel, rib with patents marking, semicircle fore-sight, engraved with rinceaux alongside and with frames. Fluted, five-shot cylinder, remains of gilding in the grooves, engraved with rinceaux. Hammer with remains of gilding. Frame richly engraved with rinceaux. Barrel and frame with old nickel-plating. Mechanics to be reviewed. Mother-of-pearl grip scales. Serial number '58xxx' matching on the grip, barrel and locking mechanism. Other numbering at the bottom of the grip. length 21,2 cm.
dating: Late 19th Century provenance: New Zealand, Upper part decorated with monster's head from whose jaws comes out the tongue that forms the lance cusp, wooden. Monster's face finely chiselled and decorated with circular eyes composed of mother-of-pearl disks. Cusp ribbed in the centerline. Haft, initially of a round section (with a knot), descending downwards enlarges and flattens by taking a palm-shaped shape, of lenticular section, oar-shaped. Scarce. length 120,5 cm.
