Three late 19th/early 20th century rings, to include a five stone turquoise ring (one stone deficient), a split pearl and turquoise floral design cluster ring and a ruby and split/imitation pearl cluster ring. Total weight 5.97gms. All rings AF. Condition: The rings are in fair/poor condition. Two of the rings are damaged with splits to the ring shanks and lead solder repair, the head of the turquoise and split pearl cluster ring is nearly detached and doesn`t appear original to the piece. The other ring that has split to the back of the ring shank has visible lead solder repair all to the back of the ring shank, the split pearls are heavily blistered, the rubies are in better condition. One turquoise is missing from the five stone ring, they vary in shade, some are paler.
A 15ct gold Edwardian blue zircon and seed pearl pendant/brooch, the central millegrain set blue zircon within a web design surround with later added paste set suspender. Length 4.4cms. Weight 4.8gms. Condition: The pendant is in overall good/fair condition. The split pearls and seed pearls are fairly well matched, there are slight scratches to the brooch in keeping with the age of the piece. The zircon is in good condition, there are some very minor chips to the blue paste visible with magnification. The pin is bent and possibly not original to the piece.
Two 15ct gold split pearl band rings, to include a ring with four central split pearls flanked by diamond detail and a ring with rectangular split pearl and diamond cluster flanked to each side by a coral cabochon. Hallmarks for Chester 1885 and Birmingham 1893. Weight 5.5gms. AF. Condition: Both rings are in fair/poor condition. There are two split pearls missing from the one ring and a solder join to the reverse. One of the split pearls in the other ring has been glued secure and there is damage to the nacre of one of the outer pearls. The hallmarks to both rings are fairly clear.
A 9ct gold split pearl and blue gem pendant, in a split pearl set scroll design with five central graduated blue gemstones and a central suspended drop on a 9ct gold fancy belcher link chain. Length of chain 43cms. Total weight 8.37gms. AF. Condition: The pendant is in overall fair condition. Many of the links to the belcher link chain are damaged and would need attention. There is one split pearl missing from the pendant. There are scratches to the mount in keeping with general wear and the drop termination is missing.
An Edwardian turquoise and seed pearl pendant, circa 1905, the central turquoise heart shape cluster within seed pearl winged detail on foliate design chain. Chain and termination drop not original to piece. Brooch fitting to reverse. Length 53cms. Weight 18gms. Condition: Th necklace is in overall fair condition. There are scratches and areas of discolouration to the centre panel in keeping with the age of the piece. Some of the turquoise are far more green in colour and others more turquoise, some possibly replaced, the seed pearls are well matched in colour. The associated chain has dents to all links and the replaced drop is heavily tarnished.
A sapphire, pearl and diamond bar brooch, the round cut sapphires in six claw settings along the bar interspaced by pearls and scroll decoration set with single cut diamonds and diamond points. Length 4.5cms. Condition: The brooch is in overall good condition. There are slight scratches and areas of discolouration to the bar, the sapphires are all well matched with slight abrasion to the facet edges of one, the diamonds are all nice and bright and the split pearls are well matched. The loop for the safety chain has been re soldered onto the piece with lead solder.
A longuard chain, with red and blue enamel links each with seed pearl spacers. Length 132cms.Clasp stamped 9ct gold. Weight 16gms. AF. Condition: The chain is in overall good condition. Chips can be seen to the enamel. The seed pearl have blisters and blemishes to the surface. The nacre is chipped to some. Seed pearls are missing. The claps does not match the chain.
An Edwardian split pearl and turquoise cluster pendant, circa 1905, the central split pearl surrounded by four spaced turquoise cabochons and scrolls of graduated split pearls. Length3.5cms. Weight 7gms. Condition: The pendant is in overall good condition. The turquoise cabochons are well matched. The split pearls are fairly well matched. Some are grey. Most have a white to cream body colour. Minor blisters and blemishes can be seen. Heavy scratch marks can be seen to the reverse oft he pendant. This may be an acid test mark.
A sapphire and split pearl bar brooch, the central claw set sapphire within an eight rayed star surround set with graduated split pearls. Diameter 3.9cms. Weight 6.1gms. Condition: The brooch is in overall good condition. There are slight scratches to the back of the brooch in keeping with minor wear. The split pearls are all well matched, with a bright lustre. The sapphire is in good condition, there is a surface reaching fracture to the side visible with 10x magnification. The sapphire has a deep blue hue with an even saturation of colour running through the stone. The pin and catch is secure.
An Edwardian split pearl and diamond pendant, the central old European cut diamond within a star surround each point interspaced by a clover leaf, set with split pearls. With brooch fitting. Length including suspension loop 4cms. Weight 4.8gms. Condition: Overall good condition, with minor surface scratches in keeping with general wear, there are more scratches visible to the back but most are quite light. The brooch fitting is in good working order. The brooch would benefit from a clean. The pearls are white with pink/purple overtones, the pearls are well matched, some show minor blisters. The diamond is quite bright considering its setting.
