19TH CENTURY ROSEWOOD MOTHER OF PEARL INLAID SARCOPHAGUS SHAPED TEA CADDY the hinged cover revealing two inner caddies with cut crystal mixing bowl, the exterior decorated with foliate design mother of pearl inlays, having turned knobs to each end and standing on brass paw feet. 38 x 23 x 21cm approx (W x D x H)(B.P. 24% incl. VAT) CONDITION REPORT: Appearing in good condition overall, some minor wear and tear commensurate with age.
19TH CENTURY WELSH PALE OAK PRESS CUPBOARD the interior now converted into a wardrobe with hooks and poles, having moulded cornice above two blind panelled moulded doors with turned handles and mother of pearl inlay, the projected base with pull out brush slide and an arrangement of two short and two long drawers with spiral pilasters standing on shaped bracket feet. 142 x 53 x 217cm approx. (B.P. 24% incl. VAT) CONDITION REPORT: Structurally sound, in good condition overall for age. Some minor splits and wear in places as expected but overall in usable condition. Rather grubby in places, slight fading to some parts of the oak.
