ONE MANTEL CLOCK AND FRAMED PRINT OF WARHORSE SCENE, comprising a framed print entitled 'Good-Bye Old Man': an incident in Flanders, after F.Matania, of a striking drawing of an incident that took place on the road on Flanders 1916, on the original back is a hand written message dated December 25th 1916, a newspaper cutting and a poem 'The Soldier's Kiss' by Henry Chappell, the back has been recovered, but the damaged original has been placed over the top, 59cm x 49cm, together with a wooden mantel clock, width 61cm x height 24cm, with key and pendulum (2) (Condition Report: the clock appears to be overwound, some light marks to the print)

A decorative French ormolu mantel clock, the top a child playing with a kitten and the base with scrolled feet below a swag of flowers, 42cm high Good quality case although bolt-joints could be tighter; rear door missing. Dial with dark scratches between 12 and 2; chip to enamel beneath 6. Dusty movement in neglected condition; no key or pendulum and timekeeping not tested.
