Large French brass ornate mantel clock by Charles Frodsham, circular white dial, Roman numerals, eight day movement in an ornate case, 61cm high Clock is in very good condition. Gilt is intact throughout. Small damage to enamel face at bottom right keyhole. Door hinge slightly loose. Workings marked 'Charles Frodsham Paris' There is no pendulum and no key with this clock. No sign of repairs or restorations.

Roman numerals with various hand painted floral and portrait plaques, movement striking on a bell with pendulum movement, stamped Muirhead, Glasgow, gilded stand The clock is in very good condition, porcelain panels are all excellent, no damages or restoration. The ormolu on gilt metal case is also in very good condition, some tarnishing to surface and rubbing to the top arch. The time piece comes with a pendulum and key, however, the clock is fully wound and the workings stop after 5 minutes, striking on a bell working. The stand has a lot of wear, sun bleached, rubbing gilt loss
