An Art Deco marble, onyx and bronze eight day mantel clock, surmounted with a patinated bronze bird signed 'F H Danvin', 34cm H x 48cm W CONDITION REPORT: The bird with loss to most of the surface coating revealing the bronze beneath. The white circular section which the bird sits on has a small chip at the front and is loose. There is a small chip to the top edge of the hexagonal section at the back. the dial is tarnished throughout. There is no key or pendulum. Not currently running.
An Art Deco chrome and amboyna eight day mantel clock retailed by Tiffany and Co, the square dial with Roman numerals and signed 'Tiffany & Co London', with a French brass movement striking on a gong, the movement, pendulum and back of the dial numbered 3254, in a square amboyna case and chrome feet, 28cm high x 27.5cm wide CONDITION REPORT: The case with a scratch to the left hand side panel, some water blemishes and light scratches to the top and some rubbing to the right hand panel. The dial with dome light scratches and lightly grubby, some rubbing around the apertures. The chrome mounts would benefit from a clean and polish. Movement clean. There is a pendulum but no key. We can not guarantee that clocks are in full working order.
A modern Art Deco style Kieninger chiming mantel clock, the silvered Arabic numeral dial with radial detailing, with an eight day triple chime movement striking on eight gongs, with a Tourbillon escapement, the back plate numbered J0256 and 0413213578, in a black piano finish and rhodium case, 26cm H x 25cm W x 18cm DBelieved to be a limited edition of 100 in honour of Joseph Kieningers 100th birthday. Originally purchased for £5250.00 CONDITION REPORT: There is a slight knock to the top back left corner, two light surface scratches to the black on the front right upright and a smaller one to the left hand side upright of the case. (see uploaded images)The back left corner is ever so slightly scuffed when viewed from the back. Metal mounts need a little clean. internally good. With key. Purchased new from a jewelers about July 2017. The clock was running in the house but we can not guarantee that it is in full working order.
A 19th century gilt spelter and Sevres style porcelain mounted mantel clock, with floral Roman numeral dial, 37cm H, with an onyx and gilt spelter figural clock garniture, clock 56.5cm (4) (at fault) CONDITION REPORT: The bow at the front of the blue porcelain clock is damaged and in need of repair. The case is heavily dirty and joints are loose. The garniture is heavily dirty throughout and the main figure above the clock is not secured to the base. All pieces will need extensive cleaning. Movements are not running, no keys or pendulums. (At fault)
An early 20th century lacquered brass and onyx mantel clock by Moulinie of Geneva, having visible platform escapement over signed white enamel dial, with Roman numerals, twin winding holes for a twin barrel eight day going movement, with outside countwheel, hour and half-hour striking on a bell, further signed and numbered to the backplate 180 (possibly with further digit to number, but obscured by fixing point), the case with lion mask ring handles to an onyx plinth, w.12cm. Condition report: Door fits well but top pin is not properly affixed, see image. Some tarnishing to brass. In working order. Strike fully working. Enamel dial good, no chips or hairlines. Onyx good.
