A gilt-bronze, tole peinte and porcelain mantel clock in the Louis XV taste, late 19th century, the bronze platform and frame cast with rococo scrolls and a bowed trellis supporting and enclosing three porcelain figures, one a putto, each with underglaze blue mark of Meissen type but possibly Samson of Paris and applied throughout with tole peinte leaves and polychrome porcelain flowerheads, surmounted by a white enamelled clock dial with Roman numerals, with fast/slow movement and with key.
