EARLY 20TH CENTURY OAK MANTEL CLOCK maker Gustav Becker, the domed case on brass bunned feet, with arch gilt dial with Roman numeral chapter and regulator dial, the movement stamped with GB within a crowned anchor and striking on a gong, 25cm high. Slight scratching to dial no losses or further faults.

Victorian mantel clock with striking movement in rouge marble in black slate case with brass mounts, height 53cm CONDITION REPORT General overall condition good. Movement is clear but we are unable to say whether it is in full working order. Dial is undamaged. Key and pendulum are present. Pendulum has one adjusting ball detached but present. Case is good. Minor chipping to black marble base and top rouge marble pediment is broken off at rear right hand corner. Metal mounts have been cleaned with metal polish. Dial glass is undamaged. Front lower glass is bevelled and has chip out on right hand side. Rear glass door is also bevelled with damage to both lower corners
A French mantel clock, the silvered dial with Roman numerals, the ebonised case in gilt metal frame, 26cm (10.25") high (handle up)/Provenance: Estate of Raymond de Seyssel Hall Condition Report: The silk suspension is missing and the case is in tired but unrestored condition, the clock strikes the hour and half hour and this is in working order. We are unable to comment on the going order of the clock but the movement is complete with key.
