Complete with pendulum and key. Movement appears overwound and not functional. We would recommend seeking professional advice. The scrolling base and foliage around the dial probably overpainted. Evidence of later gilding, which may indicate further repair and restoration to the case. Right hand putto is a little loose. General knocks, scratches and wear commensurate with age and use.
