A spelter Chinese style mantel clockearly 20th century, in the form of a Chinese censer, the two train movement striking on a bell, with a liner concealing the movement, complete with a key, 34cm wide38cm high,Condition ReportKnocks and wear to the case. The movement has recently been serviced, although we cannot guarantee it will continue to function given the nature of the item.
TWO MANTEL CLOCKS, comprising a black slate mantel clock with red marble inserts, engraved foliate decoration, UV chapter ring having black Arabic numerals, movement stamped 'R & C', height 29cm x width 22.5cm x depth 13.5cm, together with a twentieth century walnut cased mantel clock, each has its pendulum and key (2 + envelope) (Condition Report: both clocks need a little attention but appear ok, slate clock appears to be overwound, has cracks verso and minor chipping to case, walnut cased clock does not currently run or chime)

A CAPODIMONTE PORCELAIN TABLEAU 'THE CLOCK MAKER', sculpted by Mario Angela, modelled as a gentleman seated at his desk fixing pocket watches, the bureau bookcase fitted with a quartz movement clock, mounted on a shaped rectangular walnut base, height 40cm x width 45cm x depth 35cm, comes with certificate of authenticity dated 1978 (1 + certificate and bag of loose parts) (Condition report: three of the finials from the top of the bookcase are detached, a pocket watch from the floor is also loose, all four pieces are loose in a bag, there are two other marks on the floor and a crack which runs under the bureau, there is another patch of glaze loss by a desk leg, the pliers in the man's hand have a tip missing and the lantern may have been glued back into position, a mantel clock and newspaper have become detached from the floor, the quartz movement has not been tested)
A late 19th century French Boulle work Mantel Clock, the elaborate case with tortoiseshell veneer, brass inlay and gilt metal scroll mounts, embossed brass dial with enamel inset hour markers, glazed door and aperture, mask and sunburst pendulum, on foliate scroll cabriole supports, the 8-day movement striking on a bell, movement marked “G.H Paris” and “Just”, and “202352”, with pendulum and key, 41cm high.
A 19th century French white marble and ormolu Mantel Clock, by C. Clements A. Paris, with eight-day movement signed Samuel Marti and Planchon Paris, No. 274, with urn finial, eight day movement, column supports and glazed panel to the front with a watercolour street scene, 35.5cm high x 21cm wide.
A late 19th century German walnut and gilt-brass mounted Mantel Clock and 'Symphonica Harmonie' Musical Box, no. 38756, probably by Junghans but unsigned, the brass dial with silver chapter ring and Arabic numerals, to the two train brass framed movement, the hinged lid containing 14.5cm diameter steel disc and movement with 5.5cm steel combs, contained in rectangular case with reeded raised top, gilt brass spiral reeded columns to corners and bun feet, 53cm high x 30cm wide x 22.5cm deep, together with seven steel discs, pendulum and key.
