The dark brown patinated figure sat upon a stop fluted marble column with gilt bronze mounts leading down to a square base with breakfront corners above foliate cast feet, 13¾ ins (35 cms) in height.

The chariot drawn by two dark patinated bronze horses with gilt tack driven by a cherub. The long rectangular Griotte d`Italie marble base embellished with gilded floral sprays. The `Sèvres` porcelain dial painted with a delightful scene depicting a seated lady with two cherubs encircled by a pink border of gilded numeral cartouches framed by a beaded edge. The dial suspended between gilt pillars swagged in drapes with celestial cherubs flying either side and a further cherub surmounting the top holding aloft a bugle and a cornucopia cascading toys. The base mounted with the reclining figure of a young girl above an inset plaque painted with toy soldier & hobby horse, 17½ ins (44 cms) in height.
