A French early 20thC oak cased mantel clock, square brass dial with foliate spandrels, silver chapter ring bearing Roman numerals, thirty hour movement, No 7024, the case of domed form with gilt floral and foliate embellishments, raised on bracket feet, with key, 38cm high, 24cm wide, 18cm deep.
A large Victorian craved black slate mantel clock by Junghans. With engraved gilded foliate detailing, bronze animal head handles on the side and bronze relief plaques of side profile of Mars and a gargoyle to the front. The dial is white enamel with black roman numerals and gilt metal textured centre. Has key. H.42 W.49 D.19cm

Dwerryhouse & Carter of London. A Regency brass inset mahogany mantel clock, with architectural case and painted Roman dial, unsigned twin fusee movement, height 19.5in.CONDITION: Overall a little dusty but otherwise looks to be honest and untouched, mid to light brown mahogany tone, darker at the top and with some ebonised details, top finial slightly bent out of place, two slim cracks running in to each side of the dial through the main case, dial looks a little rubbed, hands probably original, two sections of brass stringing missing from the lower part of the front of the case, side handles and pierced brass grills with a dull bronze finish, silk lining to side panels very tired, key missing for the lock that holds the bezel in position but still fits tightly, no key for the back door which has very minor losses around the edges, movement looks to be in good condition, complete but not tested for timekeeping, comes with an adjustable pendulum but no keys. Movement is going but not tested for timekeeping but possibly the movement is associated to the case, please see our photographs of how the seat board is supported.Hole in the lower right side holding bracket does hold the pendulum.
An unusual gem stone globe with moon and sun mantel clock. ****Condition report**** Moon & sun rotate around earth.Clock winds from clock face above 6 o'clock.Clock wound to limit but does tick for short periods when clock is shook.Unable to access movement due to nature of clocks manufacture.No makers marks but has a shield plaque on 1 side which reads 'Tho's Clark Esq by Mr Geo clark, Calcutta April 1859'.Clock does not appear to be of the age written on the plaque.Base is mahogany, face is copper with a silvered chapter ring, marked made in England, sun is brass, moon is painted wood & earth is a gem stone globe.Base at widest 23cm x 23cm.Base height 8.5cm.Height to top of earth 30cm.Globe diameter 7.5cm.
A good brass chiming mantel clock complete with mercury pendulum and in working order. ****Condition report**** Height 50cm.Width at feet 22cm.Depth at feet 17.5cm.Rear door has a small chip on bevel at top edge, right & bottom right corner.Small chip on front top right of bevel.All 3 have old damage, possibly when clock was assembled.
