THE FOLLOWING 6 LOTS ARE A SELECTION OF PRINTS BY P JOHN BURDEN (BORN 1943) John P Burden was born in 1943 and is a classically trained artist (City & Guilds, London). He also trained under Henry Wilkinson (born 1921). He was a founder member of the "York Street Artists" in London. He exhibited at many one-man and group shows in the UK and regularly exhibited works at the Royal Academy. In the early 1980s he moved to Canada and, with a change in style, now exhibits works of a surrealist nature in many Canadian galleries. This group of prints are representative of his work of the 1960s.
