A cased pair of Wilkinson percussion travelling pistols dating: mid-19th Century provenance: London Smooth, octagonal, 13 mm cal. barrels, marked "J. WILKINSON LONDON", an engraved frame at the base, with foresight, stamp of the test bench; brass frame finely engraved with floral motifs; micro-checkered, wooden butt, iron mounts engraved with floral motifs, butt-plate with primer case; articulated, iron ramrod. In their wooden case, lined with green cloth, with James Wilkinson plaque and all tools. Complete with key and brass handle.dimensions: length 24 cm. Three 19th century Old Sheffield plated entree dishes and covers, one marked for Henry Wilkinson & Co. All with acanthus scroll cast rim and handles. All approximately 34.5 cm wide. (3) CONDITION REPORTS: Generally in good condition, expected wear, slight rubbing to plate, one or two small dints.

A Wilkinson pottery Clarice Cliff coffee service Decorated in the Sundew pattern, comprising coffee pot, cream jug, sugar bowl, 5 cups, 6 saucers, printed factory marks to base (part af). CONDITION REPORT: Lot 1104: Small glaze chip to the rim of the coffee pot cover. one cup-small chip to rim, approx 0.5cm in size. One cup glaze loss to upper rim One cup extensive glaze discolouration throughout. All items show some losses to paint work and general wear indicative of age and use.

Unfullened blade with raised decoration (some areas of pitting) Blade numbered 18377 with letter from The Wilkinson Archive stating the sword was made/completed on 25.4.1872 and sold to Messrs Gundy of Bath for A.D.C. Rajah with note regarding The White Rajah!. Wirebound fishskin grip. Brass mounted leather scabbard (some stitching a/f) with some further details. Interesting piece
Sword: An 1821 Pattern Infantry Officers Sword. Blade engraved 'Prince of Wales Own Hussar's' and the initials 'A.H.C' (Major A.H Cass) Major Cass joined the regiment in India in 1851 and 1867. (Indian Mutiny 1857) Sword by Henry Wilkinson Pall Mall London (unnumbered). Triple bar steel hilt, wirebound fishskin grip (handling service wear) In its steel scabbard. Lot also includes and original 6 page letter written from the Cavalry Camp, Balaklava, June 17th 1855 with additions dated June 18th by Lieut Arthur Herbert Cass. An interesting sword with rare provenance. In good overall condition.
