South Africa 4d Triangular. 1926 4d colour trial in milky blue, perforated ‘SPECIMEN’ type B1, unused without gum. A trifle aged on reverse. Offered with Bradbury, Wilkinson decorative imprint in mauve (small part missing at left). Vendor states that this trial was ‘… rescued from Argentina, where the owner had soaked the backing card off and discarded all except the stamp and the separate logo….. That has to be a hanging offence.’
