A George V officer's dress sword by Henry Wilkinson of Pall Mall London with pierced knuckle guard bearing Royal cypher, shagreen and wirework grip, housed in a leather covered scabbard, 99.5 cm long overall CONDITION REPORTS This piece may be packaged for collection by courier. Commission bids may be sent by email. Scabbard in poor condition with stitching loose or missing pretty much throughout and tape holding it together to the centre. The blade is basically sound though with areas of rust throughout. See images for further detail. The grip and knuckle guard again with wear and tear conducive with age. Blade does not appear to be bent out of shape. Pommel does not appear to have any jiggle. Wire grips appear intact though slightly bent in places. See images. Scabbard 83 cm long. Blade 81.5 cm long. Length overall of sword 97.5 cm.serial number 52542.
Victorian silver card tray of circular form, with foliate engraved decoration and bead border (London 1857) Henry Wilkinson & Co. Together with a pair of Edwardian silver salts of compressed baluster form with fluted decoration on ball feet (Sheffield 1902) Thomas Levesley. All at approximately 7ozs. Card tray 15cm diameter.
WW1 British 1907 Pattern Bayonet. South African Police issue marked. Single edged fullered blade, 435mm in length, maker marked "Wilkinson" and dated 8-18. Pommel stamped with Union of South Africa WD stamp with additional "SAP 6927" accountability marking. Release press stud functions. Overall length 555mm. Complete with scabbard, frog stud marked "SAP" and brown leather frog also "SAP" marked along with "RSA" stamp.

A SECOND WORLD WAR PERIOD WELSH GUARDS OFFICER'S SWORD BY WILKINSON, 80cm blade by Wilkinson, serial no. 67786 for 1939, etched with scrolling foliage, regimental badge, battle honours and crowned GVIR cypher, some patination, regulation pierced Gothic hilt incorporating a regimental motif, wire bound fishskin grip, contained in its field service scabbard, complete with frog and knot remnant.
AN ETHIOPIAN IMPERIAL GUARD PRESENTATION SWORD, 76.5cm sharply curved sword by Wilkinson, maker to GEORGE V, etched with scrolling foliage, maker's panel and presentation inscription, characteristic white metal mounted rhinoceros horn hilt, the pommel with fine filigree panel, contained in its white metal mounted velvet wrapped wooden scabbard. Please make sure you can comply with CITES legislation before bidding on this lot. Scabbard a tight fit and velvet replaced. Some rust to the blade.
Original vintage travel poster for Beaumaris Castle in North Wales issued by British Railways - Great artwork by Norman Wilkinson (1878-1971) depicts a flock of birds flying out from the ruins of Beaumaris Castle. Lily Pads float on the reflective moat and grey clouds fill the blue sky. Bold lettering below in the border alongside the British Railways logo. Beaumaris Castle in Anglesey was built as part of Edward I's campaign to conquer north Wales after 1282. Printed in Great Britain by Stafford and Co. Norman Wilkinson CBE RI (24 November 1878 – 30 May 1971) was a British artist who usually worked in oils, watercolors and drypoint. He was primarily a marine painter, but also an illustrator, poster artist, and wartime camoufleur. Wilkinson invented dazzle painting to protect merchant shipping during the First World War. A RARE EAST INDIA COMPANY OFFICER~S SWORD BY HENRY WILKINSON, LONDON, SECOND HALF OF THE 19TH CENTURY of 1845 infantry pattern type, with slightly curved fullered blade double-edged for its last third, etched with scrolling foliage, the East India Company rampant lion and the maker~s details on one face and with further foliage, a lengthy inscription and a shorter inscription on the other, brass hilt with crowned ~VR~ cypher, wire-bound fishskin-covered grip, in its regulation scabbard 82.7 cm; 32 5/8 in blade The inscription records the sword's presentation to Subedar Muhammad Jafar, a member of the Baluch regiment, for his outstanding performance and loyalty.

Post 1952 Royal Air Force Officer’s Sword By Wilkinson 32 3/4 inch, single edged, narrow blade with wide fuller. Etched foliage and scroll panels, QC RAF eagle and royal coat of arms. The forte with KC royal coat of arms and “By Appointment To His Late Majesty King George VI” and Wilkinson logo. Brass scroll foliage decoration with QC ERII cypher and overlaid QC RAF eagle cartouche. Eagle head pommel and backstrap. White shagreen pattern grip with twist wire binding. Contained in its leather scabbard with brass mounts.

Post 1952 Royal Navy Officer’s Sword by Wilkinson 31 1/2 inch, single edged, narrow blade with large fuller. The forte with Wilkinson Sword maker’s details. Back edge numbered “95511”. Gilt brass guard with QC Naval anchor cartouche. Folding back guard. Brass lion head pommel and back strap. White shagreen pattern grip with copper twist wire binding. Contained in its leather scabbard with brass mounts. Complete with gilt cord and dark blue sword knot. Minor wear.
Two Current Issue Survival Knives consisting 7 1/4 inch, single edged example. Blade marked “Wilkinson Sword Ltd”, “1B/4594”. Blackened, oval crossguard. Polished wooden slab grips secured by two screws. Contained in its leather scabbard. Similar example. The grips secured by copper rivets. Dated “1993”. Clean condition. 2 items.

A 1930s porcelain figure modelled as the German actress Anny Ahlers, the base with red backstamp and 'Specially Produced By', the figure rests on a rosewood base, in good condition, 30cm high and scarceQty: (1)NOTESProvenance: Collection of Jack Webb (1923-2019), London. Sold with a letter from Royal Crown Derby dated 1975 in which the company identifies the figure for the owner. The figure was modelled by Tom Wilkinson head modeller at the time. Anny Ahlers (1907-1933) was a German actress and singer. On 14 March 1933, she died after jumping out of her flat window, her death was blamed on the combination of morphine which she was taking for tuberculosis and sleeping pills which she was taking due to insomnia.
HENRY WILKINSON LTD; an Art Nouveau 'Silvox' electroplated lidded biscuit barrel with stylised foliate detail and shaped handles, stamped marks to base, height 17.5cm, a William Hutton & Sons pewter vase with mother of pearl inlay, a WMF twin handled dish with green glass liner (badly af) and a Liberty & Co hammered pewter twin division rectangular box, and a further twin handled tray (5).Additional InformationThe WMF dish has one entire side of the pierced scroll work missing. There are dents and heavy general wear throughout this lot. The green glass liner also with some small nibbles.
