A rare British MKIV Pattern Kukri knife, with 300mm long blade maker marked and dated "WSC 51" (Wilkinson Sword Co 1951). Black ebonised wooden grip. Overall length 420mm. Complete with black leather scabbard with metal chape. Scabbard contains both small knives, again marked "WSC51". Complete with it's frog which has two straps to secure to the belt. Only 1,400 examples of these were ever made and it is the rarest British military issue Kukri knife.
NATIONAL TREASURE: BOOK OF SECRETS (2007) - Bloodied Cibola Knife - A bloodied Cibola knife from Jon Turteltaub's National Treasure: Book of Secrets. Mitch Wilkinson (Ed Harris) threatened to cut Abigail Chase's (Diane Kruger) throat if Ben Gates (Nicolas Cage) abandoned him in Cibola, the Lost City of Gold.This resin knife features a rounded, blood-stained blade etched with ancient runes and a brown leatherette-wrapped handle etched with faces painted and molded to resemble carved wood. The knife exhibits extensive aging by production with green and brown discoloration throughout, frayed leather, and gold-color paint cracking around the handle. Throughout Season 1, Picard's study was decorated with an assortment of historical artifacts and fine art, such as those seen on the wall and table beside the doorway into the room.This lot consists of one framed John Singer Sargent's "Sir Neville Wilkinson on the Steps of the Palladian Bridge at Wilton House" impressionist watercolor print; a headless wooden statue; a pair of wooden bells; and a pair of double-sided wooden maracas. NATIONAL TREASURE: BOOK OF SECRETS (2007) - Burned and Torn Hero Diary Page - A burned and torn hero diary page from Jon Turteltaub's National Treasure: Book of Secrets. Mitch Wilkinson (Ed Harris) used the missing page as evidence that Ben Gates' (Nicolas Cage) ancestor was the mastermind behind the Lincoln assassination which Gates later investigated in a lab to discover the first clue to the hidden City of Gold. This piece of paper features the names of several of the conspirators involved in the assassination. It has been intentionally distressed to appear old and burned. Included with this page is a manila envelope featuring a note from the property master identifying the page as "hero" yet is the incorrect page that is seen on screen.
