An 1821 Pattern Royal Artillery officer's sword by Wilkinson, the blade numbered 24361, with leather scabbard. Records show that this sword was sold to its former owner in April 1885. Three bar guard, shagreen grip a/f, length of blade 34.5in. The blade etched with the Royal Arms (supported), VR cipher, RA motto and the initials C H de R. This sword was formerly the property of Brig Gen de Rougement CB, CMG, MVO, DSORA.
