A Clarice Cliff Bizarre "Crocus" pattern part dinner service, comprising - two 10ins dinner plates, five 9ins plates, three 8ins plates, one 14.5ins oval serving dish, one 12.5ins serving dish, two gravy jugs, tureen and cover, 8.5ins diameter, five saucers (all with Wilkinson back stamp), and three Royal Staffordshire matching two-handled soup bowls
A cavalry officer’s service sword, c 1900, very slightly curved, fullered blade, 35”, by Wilkinson with frosted logo on one side at forte, regulation pierced “scroll” pattern guard, chequered pommel and backstrap, wirebound sharkskin grip, in its leather covered FS scabbard (leather worn and split). Basically GC the blade retaining some original polish (surface rust to hilt)
A Vic 1845 pattern infantry officer’s sword, very slightly curved, fullered, blade 32½”, by Wilkinson no 7429 (for 1855) on backstrap, etched with crowned VR cypher in tightly scrolled panels on both sides, and owner’s name “Lieutenant Henry St Maur Wynch” in scrolls near forte, regulation brass hilt incorporating crowned VR cypher, stepped pommel, plain backstrap, wirebound fishskin grip, in associated brass scabbard (sword does not fully enter) with 2 rings. Basically GC (worn overall, scabbard dented)
A Vic 1854 pattern officer’s levee sword of the Scots Guards, very slightly curved, fullered blade 32”, by Wilkinson, no 7844 (for 1856) on backstrap, etched with crowned VR cypher, crowned regimental badge and 9 battle honour scrolls “Egypt” and Sphinx to “Sevastopol”, in foliate panels, plated hilt incorporating regimental badge, stepped pommel, chequered thumbpiece to backstrap, wirebound fishskin grip in its plated scabbard with 2 rings. GC (hilt and scabbard replated). Plate 9

A commemorative F-S commando fighting knife with leather scabbard in mahogany effect display case, a rare commemorative produced by Wilkinson Sword in 1950, hand forged in a quantity of two hundred mainly for shop displays, subsequently badly treated but sent back to the manufacturer in the 1970s where the blade was polished and re-embossed, a new grip fitted and leather sheath provided, the blade embossed 'Wilkinson Sword Co Ltd, London' and 'Commando Fighting Knife 1939-1945' to one side, leaf embossed to the other with the words 'Hand Forged by Tom Beesley, the Famous Swordsmith of Stalingrad Sword Fame' along with correspondence letters and associated ephemera, 28.5 cms long the knife
