A seamans carpenters chest , Heavy duty black outer trunk containing a fully kitted out carpenters tool chest in Mahogany, multiple layers with a variety of wood working tools (please see pictures) possibly Victorian and marked in gold leaf JW all wooden handled tools are hand stamped with the name J MILLWARD, original lock and key VERY heavy.
An early 20th century crocodile skin travel trunk with calf leather lining and locking clasps with original key. Exterior is in very good condition, the interior shows wear to the leather lining and there are a couple of repairs to the pocket but following professional restoration work the trunk is generally strong and interior leather straps are still in place. The handle has been historically replaced, but the original is included 66 x 38.5 x 28.5 cm approx (1)
