The 14 inch (35.5 cm) wide painted dial signed C.Roberts Leeds and having subsidiary seconds & calendar dials, decorated with sprigs of plums to the spandrels and a rural scene in the arch depicting a riverside Inn with man on road in the foreground and men boating in the distance. The swan-neck pediment surmounted by a brass globe & eagle finial with spired globe finials either side above the baluster turned side columns. The broad cross-banded trunk inlaid with stringing & decorative bands, housing a short, peaked wave-topped door edged in lip moulding flanked by canted sides. 90½ ins (230 cms) in height.

The arched top richly engraved with scrolling foliage and centred by a decorative mount of two winged cherubs holding a crown. The hood having an arched top cavetto moulded cornice above two columns with gilt capitals flanking the glazed door. The well figured burr veneered case having a long trunk door with a moulded edge. Standing 86½ ins (220 cms) high, 21¼ ins (51.5 cms) wide, 9¾ ins (25 cms) deep.

A mahogany longcase clock, the eight-day duration movement striking the hours on a bell, the 11in. painted arched dial having black Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds and date dials, blued steel decorative hands and signed within the arch with the maker's name 'Wm. Flint, Ashford', the falseplate to the dial embossed with the dial maker's name 'Walker & Hughes, B/ham', the mahogany case having an arched trunk door, plain base with a shaped plinth, Kentish hood cresting, plain hood pillars with brass capitals and surmounted by three ball and spire finials, height 212cm. * William Flint was born in 1787, the son of William Snr, also a clockmaker to whom he was apprenticed and is recorded as working in Ashford, Kent until his death in 1871. * Walker & Hughes were working in Birmingham from 1811 until 1835.

An oak and mahogany longcase clock, the thirty-hour duration movement striking the hours on a bell with an outside countwheel, the 12in. square brass dial engraved with Roman hour numerals, Arabic minute numerals and diamond markings with rococo style cast brass spandrels to the four corners, the dial centre having dummy winding holes, date aperture, engraved floral decoration and signed with the maker's name 'Jno Dumvile, Alderley', with blued steel hands, the flat topped oak case having mahogany crossbanding, the base having canted corners and a raised, shaped panel, with quartered fluted columns to the trunk and further fluted pillars, with cast brass capitals to the hood, having a decorative gilt and blue painted frieze to the top, height 206cm. * John Dumville is recorded as working at Nether Alderley, Cheshire. He died in 1797.

A part built 3 inch scale model of a 'Savage Little Sampson' live steam traction engine, being a single cylinder steam tractor/agricultural engine. The model is approximately 75% completed with many parts included to complete the build. It comes with a full set of drawings, gears have been cut, most main parts have been assembled. cylinder 1 1/2" bore by 2 1/2" stroke, linkages to be completed,trunk guide, steering fitted but drive chains not fitted, open crank and eccentrics, spoked flywheel, water pump fitted but not eccentric drive, chimney, straked wheels, brake gear not fitted. Castings and parts are still available commercially for this model. Boiler: The traction engine is fitted with an unused 'Franklin & Bell' steel boiler Number.FB473. Hydraulic tested to 250psi on the 7th of December2001. Working pressure 125 psi. Certificate of Conformity dated the 4th of December 2001.
