Probably Richard Gilkes, recorded in Loomes, Brian 'Watchmakers & Clockmakers of the World, Vol 2' as working in Adderbury 1715-87. Stylistically the movement dates to around 1740 and was originally designed to hang from the wall.

Probably Caleb Nicholas, recorded in Loomes, Brian 'Watchmakers & Clockmakers of the World Vol.2' as working in Birmingham 1787-1842.
