A Regency rosewood sofa table, with twin drop flaps and with two drawers with circular brass handles and dummy drawers to the rear, raised on four pillars with sweeping legs and hairy paw feet with brass castors. Height 72 cm, width with flaps down 95 cm, depth 66 cm, each flap measuring 28 cm (see illustration). CONDITION REPORT: The sofa table is structurally sound. The top is a good uniform colour. There is an old stress fracture running from front to back along the centre of the table top but this is only visible on close inspection and there is no movement. The flaps are not significantly warped. The veneers to the flaps are in good condition. There are very minor losses to the boxwood edge mouldings. Both drawers run smoothly and the handles which are not original do cover the original handle holes. The turned supports are all in good order with only minor scuffs and abrasions. The legs are in generally good condition and do not appear to have any repairs. There is a metal bracing hoop underneath all legs which is probably later. The castors are in generally good condition although tarnished. There is no evidence of any woodworm. There are some minor veneered scratches and losses around the extremities of the base but no significant issues.

The cushions and springs appear in good order. The fabric is mainly good but there are some red marks/stains to the back (see additional photos). There's expected wear to the underside of the feet and the piping to one has come unstitched. Overall the sofa is in in good aesthetic condition and ready for use.

A Ligne Roset Smala three seater brown leather sofa bed. Raised on metal support. With manual drop/raise back and arms. Bed size L230cm x D130 x H40cm Condition Report: Generally in good condition. One of the buttons missing. No obvious stains or tears to the fabric. Some rubbing to the edges, corners and backs. The legs have some scratches and marks consistent with age and usage. Moves smoothly.
An Edwardian green velvet drop end sofa. H67cm x W164cm x D82cm Condition Report: Structurally sound, slightly saggy. Some knocks and scratches to the frame consistent with age and usage. Poor repair to the upholstery on the top of the left arm and to the underside of both arms. The fabric on the underside of the sofa has torn. No obvious stains however there are some snags and small areas of loss to the velvet.
