A pair of caned conservatory tub chairs, 74 cm wide x 77 cm deep x 71 cm high together with a similar two seat sofa, 151 cm long x 56 cm deep x 73 cm high CONDITION REPORTS The canework appears basically sound though with some signs of slight fraying/wear and discolouration particularly to the arms of the chairs. The cushions appear again basically sound with some slight markings particularly to one of the chair cushions to one side (N.B. clean enough on the other side) - see images for further detail

A mid 20th Century white leather and studded upholstered two seat sofa attributed to Gio Ponti, on slender ebonised and brass tapering legs to pad feet, 147 cm wide x 65 cm deep x 88 cm high CONDITION REPORTS As per catalogue description, the period of the piece is the mid 20th Century, probably 1960s though we cannot be certain. Condition: whilst basically sound, as the leather is white, there are signs of surface dirt, marking and scratching, certainly some animal claw scratching to the main seat in particular. The legs have marks to the paintwork and brasswork. The back panel has a couple of dents and marking to the leather, suggesting it may have been placed against a table at some stage.
