1970's De Sede DS1025 Terrazza sofa by Ubald Klug previously owned by Lotus founder Colin Chapman at his French home. 1973 "Terrazza" sofa by De Sede is a multi-tiered modular sofa composed of seven graduated leather-wrapped cushions set on a rectangular base. Inspired by terraced hills of The Alps this sofa has proven to be an icon of 1970s design. Many celebrities and musicians of the era, most notably Mick Jagger, were photographed lounging on the Terrazza. Height: 26 in. (66.04 cm)Width: 60 in. (152.4 cm)Depth: 30 in. A VICTORIAN LEATHER UPHOLSTERED CHESTERFIELD SOFAOn mahogany block feet, 215cm wide; 80cm highCondition report: 84.5cm deep approx overall from the seat front to the back, the internal depth is 60cm deep. The upholstery very distressed and worn, notably to the arms an back of the seat,, as can be seen in the image. Structurally solid. The castors to the back foot have been moved, see images. Block feet are worn, knocked and scuffed.

LONDONA large Chesterfield style sofa with arched back and outswept arms on oak turned supports, 245cm wide; 90cm highCondition report: 115cm deep from the back edge of the seat back to the front of the arm, the internal depth of the seat is approx 86cm. One leg has broken off and is also cracked. This foot is stamped. Brass castors stamped. Underside with late metal supporting brace. Upholstery of the seat distressed as can be seen in images. Later covered at some point with no obvious remains of the Howard ticking. Dust sheet with remains of Howard mark, but generally in tatters. The wolf skins, throws and part of the tapestry panel are loose. Please note all in worn condition.

Condition report: Springs falling out, as can been seen from the image. Fabric with small marks and minor tears, braiding to the edge loose .Otherwise frame quite sturdy. General wear with inevitable scuffs, scrathes, dents, small chips and marks commensurate with wear, use and age.

Two sets of dolls house furniture, the first including a table, sofa and chairs, all constructed of pierced and painted metal, the other set including wooden framed sofa and chairs with floral upholstery Condition Report: Genrally in good condition. The metal furniture has some wear to the paintwork however the colours are bright. There are no apparent cracks to the metalwork however a couple are slightly bent. One chair is missing a leg.
